The market set a new record in the second half of 2025.
In a global context of inflation and uncertainty, real assets are gaining prominence, and buying farmland in Uruguay in 2026 stands out as a solid alternative. Uruguayan land combines economic stability, a reliable legal framework and high productive potential, making it a secure way to preserve and grow wealth. While other financial assets lose predictability, the value of Uruguayan land keeps consolidating.

Uruguay offers a combination of conditions that stands out in the region:
•Soil quality suited to a wide range of crop, livestock and forestry uses.
•Legal certainty and transparency, internationally recognized by institutions and investment groups.
•Open to foreign investment, with no ownership or residency restrictions for private foreign buyers.

These strengths make Uruguay one of the most solid destinations in South America for buying farmland, and they are why demand for our farms exceeds supply.
